Happy Hideaway Sensory Gym has given in so many ways to our community for children and families- this is an opportunity for us to show up and support them back ♥️

I’ll be offering an engaging intergenerational music and movement group and Mike Martin will be playing a live acoustic set concert!

During the music making group, we will use simple percussion like egg shakers and rhythm sticks, for children AND adults to connect through rhythm, creativity, and play.

This inclusive event encourages self-expression, listening skills, coordination, social connection, and stress reduction in a fun and supportive environment.

No musical experience is needed — just bring yourself, curiosity, and love for this incredible local business 💕
