The Van Over Hall

so.something that i never even considered happened. Last night when we went out to dinner kathi wanted me to wear my jeans which i haven't worn in a while. i put them in and they wouldn't stay up. I ended up wearing suspenders, because my belt wouldn't really hold them up either. anyway I the way home we stopped and got me a new pair of jeans. lol size 32. I didn't try them on at the store and I kept thinking. dang im gonna have to take them back probably. I just tried them on and they fit!!!. size 36 down to a 32. really not even joking. plexus gut health baby! belly gone and size 32 weighing in at 195!! i feel great and am now a believer. come with me, give me a shout and i'll get kathi to hook you up

Looking at pics from last July 4th and the difference is so clear! THIS is what consistency looks like! Eric Van Hall is not missing that belly this year. He loves feeling better and being able to tie his shoes and breathe at the same time.
