Body Party

Body Party has always been about supporting women through life’s hardest and most vulnerable transitions.

Over the past few months, I’ve been navigating a few of my own. Between personal loss, mental health challenges, and a lot of life changes, I chose to slow down and take care of myself — the same way I encourage other women to do.

Healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like stepping back, regrouping, and rebuilding with intention.

But please know — Body Party never stopped. I never stopped.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been refining, planning, and preparing for what’s next. And I’m excited to share that Body Party is being revamped and gearing up for relaunch, with exciting updates and a new location (no longer at the Muskegon Downtown Chalets but still very much connected to this community).

I’m also incredibly grateful to share that Body Party has been selected to pitch in the Michigan Women Forward – West Michigan Startup Competition on February 10 at 6 PM. This opportunity means so much, and your support and encouragement would truly mean the world.
