Today I had a client who's been with me for 30 plus yrs, we've shared so many conversations. But today she couldn't find words, couldn't form a sentence. But as she was leaving she turned and said the one thing she's said all these yrs.."I love you, you're the best!" Dementia does awful things to the brain but what's in the heart will remain forever! ❤️
