Just want to say results take time & most of the time other people notice them first before you even do. Be patient and kind to yourself ๐

Yโall I am so happy, I finally made it into the gym today. It was a little tough. I started out with low weight then just worked up from there.
Hoping Iโll make it back tomorrow and keep this routine going.

Do something to get active today!! โ๏ธ Whether it be a walk, bike ride, swimming, resistant training etc
I have to teach myself to wake up and use the WHOLE day because there are only a limited number of hours. But when Iโm productive I always wish there were more hours in the day.

Just want to say donโt forget to step out of your comfort zone! You might find something you actually like or are really good at. It helps expand your thoughts & feelings. It also keeps like a little interesting. Another piece of advice: Always have an open mind ๐ง

Today was a good day.
It was very productive and Iโm gonna hit up the gym after work ๐
Tried to do yoga the other day but as you can hear ๐I wasnโt zen. It was stressed, my coffee didnโt kick in, and I really havenโt been feeling good about my body.
Iโve had 3 people this week tell me I look like Iโve lost weight which is not what I want. I want to gain, gain muscle & glutes. Iโm just having a hard time eating, just keeping up with meals and not skipping.
