If you are wondering what to do with the lavender you grow or all the lovely stuff you will pick at the 1st Annual Lavender Festival, come learn how to make lavender wands. Brittanna Lavender will be offering several lavender wand make-and-take workshops. Be at the festival at 10:30 am, 1:30 pm, or 3:00 pm to participate. Space is limited and times may vary depending on interest.

Are you into the succulent fad? I know I am! Be sure to check out the locally propagated beauties from the Svedin's Nursery booth at Happy Valley Lavender's 1st Annual Lavender Festival. They offer a large variety that are hardy outdoors, not just in your kitchen window.

Since lavender is the most important component at the 1st Annual Happy Valley Lavender Festival, several vendors are bringing out their special lavender products for your enjoyment. Don't miss lavender balsamic vinegar from Mama Celia's of Idaho or lavender chardonnay jelly from Miss D'Arcy's Bakeshoppe and Catering. Gimme Some Sugar llc will be bringing lavender shortbread and lavender shaped sugar cookies. And Amy Hill Jewelry will have lavender hand poured soy candles. If any vendors will have other products featuring lavender, be sure to comment here!

One festival vendor is coming all the way from Seattle, WA, bringing her custom designed jewelry and hand poured soy candles. Amy Hill Jewelry makes dainty necklaces of Swarovski crystal and silk thread, perfect for everyday wear or layering with longer necklaces. She'll have a limited number of BSU and Seahawks colors on hand. You can also preorder by June 25 to pick up a custom piece at the festival! Email [email protected] to order.

Come see us at the Nampa FarmersMarket tomorrow! After a hot weather hiatus from outdoor selling, we will be back with our natural, handmade body, culinary, and home products. We will also have dried bundles on hand, great for decor and crafting.

We will be starting our warm weather break early this summer, so you won't see us at the Nampa Farmers' Market again until September. We will also publish our fall event schedule at that time.

In the meantime, all your lavender needs are only a quick email away. Don't hesitate to contact us any time to place an order.

Weekly update: Once again the forecast of 100+ degree temps will prevent us from selling at the Nampa Farmers' Market. However, we still have lots of product available for you including fresh body butters in two sizes in all scents, new lavender wands, and dried bunches great for decorating or starting those Christmas crafts.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, the weekend forecast of triple digit temperatures means we will NOT be at the Nampa Farmers' Market this Saturday, July 8. Our natural products don't handle the heat well. Going forward this month, we will evaluate on a weekly basis if conditions are good for us to attend. Keep your eye out for our ongoing updates.

In the meantime, we still have products available for pick up or delivery anytime. Just email us at [email protected] or contact in Messenger to make an order. Don't miss out on our limited supply of lavender plants available now. These hardy Grosso variety lavender are $5 in disposable pots and $6 in ceramic pots.

Our hiatus from the Nampa FarmersMarket will be for one more week while we enjoy some time away with our families. We will be back on July 8.

At that time we will have a limited quantity of 4 in. lavender plants! Don't miss out on the excellent, multi-tasking variety we are offering, Grosso (mature plant pictured). This hardy English hybrid grows long, graceful stalks of purple flowers that make great fresh or dried bouquets.
