Our call volume is high so please be patient as our phone system can only handle so much. If you want to pop in the store to make an appointment that would be great as well.

As many of our customers might know, over the the past week Supertan has been closed.
When we started the reopening process we did not realize, along with our atm provider and bank what exactly had to be switched on.
We therefore experienced a very confusing computer meltdown. All of our sales and money were held in cyberspace until everyone involved could figure it out. It is was very stressful for everyone involved - owner - staff - customers.
Everyday we were told it was fixed, to find out after a few hours that it was not. Hours were spent on hold.
As of Friday at 10 am we tested everything and all started up and things started to flow.
The staff was very upset. They need time to recover as well as get paid.
That is why we we will reopen July 1st.
I sincerely apologize for any one who has suffered from this in any way.
