I smell good, I smell good, I smell too damn GOOD!!! This combination of mango and passion fruit over the top of a creamy, tropical, fruity vanilla is wrought with Island Gyal vibes. I want to smell like this forever, it’s going to be hard to move on and not repeat it tomorrow.

6 Day Perfume Challenge

Theme: Sensory Playground

Rankin & Rankin Industries Level Up Body Oil in “A Song for Thesa” which is a custom blend made for the beautiful and kind Thesa Shoshan. It’s a fun fragrance of cotton candy, bubble gum, fruity gourmand, and sweet vanilla. It’s playful and full of whimsy but still fit for a grown woman. I did the Butter Cream in “Pinky” which is marshmallow perfection. I was already candy store ready with just these two layers.

Yara Candy, by Lattafa- we all remember her right? Sweet, fun strawberry and watermelon gummy rings vibes, with gardenia, sandalwood and vanilla. She had us all in frenzy the summer of 2024. Still hits today, and it’s one of the few that effortlessly projects loudly in my skin after hours and hours of wear.

Genzee Marshmallow, by Hekayat Attar- it’s one of my fave Yum Boujee Marshmallow clones. Super soft fluffy marshmallow and hint of berry.

All together I’m Confection Perfection. I genuinely smell like a Candy Store, and picking this line up made me feel like a kid in one.

SOTD: Golden Sweet Luxury

Middle East: think Pistachio, honey, baklava, rose dessert, and Oud



Rankin & Rankin Industries Level Up Butter Cream and Body Oil in Pistachi-ooo-oo-o-Really comes out swinging and sets you up for Pistachio World Domination. Sweet, creamy, pistachio vanilla, ice cream vibes.

Khair Pistachio - I have 50/11 pistachio fragrances and if I’m to be 💯 honest this one is good but not my fave. Again it’s very good it’s sweet, nutty, and even a bit lactonic on the dry down. But I chose this one (out of the myriad of pistachios I own) because of what it does when layered with…

Pistachio Musk Ard Al Zaafaran- it just rounds out and sweetens the deal. This particular pistachio is more sweet treat, milky rose water, sittting next to pistachios, than actual pistachio, but I love it!!! And when it tangos with Khair, on top of my Level Up Pistachi-ooo-oo-o, it really makes magic.

SOTD: Rich & Decadent Indulgence (Italy)

Rankin & Rankin Industries Butter Cream and Body Oil in: In Love With the Cocoa-did someone say rich, hyper realistic, photorealistic, smooth semi sweet chocolate?

Noble Blush, by Lattafa- rose milk, almond, meringue, vanilla, and sandalwood. This is rose done right. Such a pretty, creamy, sweet, milky rose. She’s always right and never steers me wrong.

SOTD: Tropical Dessert Energy (Caribbean)



The Caribbean is one of my favorite places to be, so this is light work. I even threw in a throwback pic of me on the beach in the Caribbean. So many beautiful islands in that corner of the world, so let’s get it!!!

Rankin & Rankin Industries Butter Cream in Giddy, that tropical vanilla is definitely island worthy and set the stage for fragrance drama to ensue. I chose the Level Up Body Oil in Strawberry Era, to bring out some of the sweet pronounced fruitiness in the perfumes to follow. Plus Giddy and Strawberry Era make magic together.

Shafaq, by Ard Al Zaafaran- so underrated, think Pink Yara but stronger and with notable coconut. She’s pretty and projects, I’d love to smell like this on a Caribbean Island.

Safa, by Nusuk- has got next, and she just adds that little razzle dazzle to the Caribbean dessert theme with yet more coconut, and sweet juiciness that’s seldom found in other marshmallow fragrances.

This combination is a powerhouse, and on those days when we can’t get to the Caribbean, this little jewel brings the Caribbean to us.
