Hi there! I’m Naomi Delacruz Torres, a proud born & raised Port Arthur, Texas native and the heart behind: Skills-2-Save A Life, a independent, locally owned, and operated business dedicated to equipping individuals and organizations with lifesaving skills. We specialize in onsite CPR certification and training accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA), offering a 2-year nationally recognized certificate through flexible in-person or online courses.
My Journey:
Raised by immigrant parents, Elma Leticia Benavides and Samuel Torres Delacruz, who left Coahuila, Mexico, in 1970 to build a brighter future, I grew up valuing resilience, education, and service. As the first generation in my family to attend college, I carved a path in healthcare and safety:
*2007: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), blending compassionate care with clinical expertise.
*2011: Licensed Environmental Health and Safety Inspector, mastering workplace safety standards.
*2021: Associate Degree in Surgical Technology, honing precision in high-stakes medical environments.
This diverse background fuels my commitment to delivering AHA-aligned training that saves lives.
