If you’ve visited Dailey Wellness & Massage over the last year, chances are you already know Aaron.

When Aaron joined our team, he was already in massage school, working toward becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. But he never treated Guest Services as simply a stop along the way.

He invested in us, just as much as we invested in him.

Aaron became a leader, problem-solver, implementor, developer, and creator. Many of the systems and processes our team relies on every day have his fingerprints all over them. Simply put, Aaron helped us build DWM Guest Services.

Now it’s our turn to help him build what comes next.

Aaron has officially stepped away from his role as Guest Services Team Leader and into his full-time career as a Licensed Massage Therapist at DWM! 💆‍♂️🙌

There’s something beautifully full-circle about it: the person who spent the last year caring for our guests from the moment they walked through the door now gets to care for them in the treatment room.

We hosted an event that walked all of us through discovering our “why”. Not just our why pertaining to doing what we do, but the why about who we are as people. It allowed us to put into words the action and contributions that drive our spirits in this life.
