4 Her Project is officially open for donations and applications.

This has been a long time coming. 4 Her Project exists to help women and their children get out of domestic violence and actually heal once they're out, not just survive the next week.

Our first priority is the Hotel Fund, which covers a safe place to stay the night she leaves. That night is often the most dangerous and the hardest to plan for, and money shouldn't be the thing that keeps someone stuck.

If you want to help: donate at https://4herproject.org/donate . Every gift goes toward getting women safe. We're a 501(c)(3).

If you need help, or you know someone who does: applications are open at https://4herproject.org/apply .

Please share this. You never know who on your friends list is quietly looking for a way out.

If you're in immediate danger, call 911. The National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233, available 24/7.

So excited about this ✨

I led my first grief-focused class + sound bath last night, and it REALLY sparked something in my soul. Holding space for grief on a regular basis wasn't on my radar. And now I can't imagine not doing it again.

Afterward, someone asked how many of these I'd led. I told them just one. They said they couldn't tell, and that it felt natural and beautifully led. 🥹

So now I'm following the inner call. Twice a month, I'll be offering a grief sound bath. We'll spend approximately the first 20 minutes in meaningful discussion, 30 minutes in sound, and 10 minutes, in what I'm calling, the "What I Carry, What I Can Set Down" exercise.

These will be $10 per person, and always fall on a Sunday at 4:30pm. If cost is a barrier, please reach out. No one turned away.

Come as you are, no matter what your grief looks like, and with whatever you're carrying. There's a soft & safe place to land here. 🫂🩵

Love Alyssa at Sacred Shell Healing ✨🫶🏼

I got into this work during a very transitional time of my life. She was a version of me that felt completely disconnected from her own body.

Sound healing, music, and frequency were the things that brought me back, slowly but surely. Like the way a turtle comes out of its shell when it actually feels safe enough to.

If you've ever felt disconnected from yourself, if grief and betrayal has left you feeling far away from who you are, I see you. I've been there, and I built this work because I needed it to exist.

Coming home to yourself doesn't happen all at once. It happens one breath, one note, one turtle paced step at a time.
