Not the day I planned as been hit by the generosity of grandchildren’s shared love!

It is so important to keep exercising once you retire. It f you are housebound there are still ways to keep fit and it makes you feel so much better.

What do you think of this simple way to keep memories without the clutter?

I think in retirement it’s important to keep moving forward and not keep everything from your past life. It’s actually quite fun clearing out the cupboards!
