Some views take your breath away…
and sometimes you’re not sure whether it’s the beauty outside the window
or the moment you’re standing in.

The Plaza.
Central Park.
And a feeling you can’t quite name...

11/27/2025

1000 souls already… and I’m smiling tonight.

Thank you for every like, every message, every second you spend in my little world.

I’m building this space with elegance, emotion and a touch of fire — and knowing you’re here makes it all worth it.
Let’s keep growing, exploring, loving, dreaming… together.
Here’s to the next chapter. 💫❤️

With gratitude,
Selene.

Sometimes I enjoy being a little mysterious…

Not everything needs to be explained, labelled, or understood at first glance.

There’s a quiet power in leaving something unsaid — in the glance you don’t decode,
the smile you can’t quite read,
the confidence that comes from knowing who you are…
and letting the world guess the rest.

Being provocative isn’t about showing more —
it’s about suggesting more.
It’s the art of leaving just enough space for imagination to breathe.

And that’s the kind of woman I choose to be. ✨

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the workout…
It’s choosing yourself when the world keeps pulling you in every direction.

But here’s the truth:
Every woman carries a quiet power inside her — a strength that appears the moment she decides, “Today, I show up for me.”

You don’t need perfection.
You don’t need to feel ready.
You just need that one small step… and then another.

Movement becomes confidence.
Confidence becomes discipline.
And discipline becomes the woman you always knew you could be.

So show up. Even on the days when it feels heavy.
Especially on those days.
Your future self is already thanking you.

Step into my world…

A world where confidence is quiet, femininity is strength, and the night city lights remind you to shine a little brighter.

Stay close — there’s so much more I want to show you. ✨

Today I gave myself something I often forget I’m allowed to have — a truly slow day. No pressure to look perfect, no rush from one place to another, no expectations to meet. Just me, the city I love, and a moment to finally breathe.

There’s something special about New York when you’re not running through it. When you let yourself feel the breeze on a quiet corner, taste a simple slice of pizza, and notice the little details that disappear when life moves too fast. The warmth of the street lights, the sound of yellow cabs in the distance, the mix of people and stories passing by… it all reminds you that the world keeps going — and you don’t always have to keep up with it.

I’ve spent so many days trying to be “on,” trying to be strong, polished, productive, perfect. But the truth is, the most peaceful moments come when we allow ourselves to just exist. To show up without makeup, without pressure, without a mask. To be soft. To be human. To be real.

And today, that was enough. More than enough.

Wherever you are, I hope you give yourself at least one day like this — a day with no expectations, a day to rest, a day to remember that your worth isn’t measured by how much you do, but by who you are. 💛🍕✨🗽

There was a moment in my life I never thought I would speak about publicly.
The moment when I weighed just 46 kilograms… and I felt like I was disappearing — not only from the mirror, but from my own life.

Anorexia wasn’t just a sickness of the body.
It was a sickness of silence, of fear, of loneliness.
I remember waking up every morning hoping no one would notice how empty I felt inside… while pretending everything was under control.

The world saw discipline.
I felt pain.
The world saw “slim.”
I felt like I was fading.

I lost weight, but I lost myself even more.

Today, standing on the other side of that darkness, I don’t share this for pity.
I share it because someone out there might be fighting the same invisible battle — and I want you to know you are not alone.
Your body deserves love, not punishment.
And you… you deserve life, softness, warmth, and a future you can hold onto.

This was the worst moment of my life — but also the beginning of my strength.
If I could rise from 46 kilograms of fear, you can rise from whatever is breaking you too.
I promise.

Learning to love myself again has been one of the most difficult journeys of my life.
Not because I didn’t want to… but because for so long I believed I wasn’t worthy of that love.

When you come out of anorexia, your body feels like unfamiliar territory. Every curve, every change, every mark of healing can feel overwhelming. You stand in front of the mirror and you don’t fully recognize the woman looking back at you. Sometimes you’re proud. Sometimes you’re scared. And sometimes you quietly break inside, because you realize how much of yourself you lost along the way.

But healing isn’t a straight line.
It isn’t beautiful every day.
It isn’t soft or poetic.

It’s choosing to eat when your mind is screaming not to.
It’s letting yourself rest when you’ve spent years punishing your body.
It’s crying over clothes that no longer fit and learning that your worth was never measured in centimeters or calories.

It’s letting the sunlight touch your skin again… without guilt.

I’m still learning.
To forgive myself.
To stay present.
To let my body be a home, not a battlefield.

And maybe that’s the bravest part — loving yourself not because everything is perfect, but because you finally understand that your life is bigger than the pain you survived.

If you’re on this journey too, please remember one thing:
You don’t have to love yourself perfectly. You just have to love yourself enough to stay.

Sometimes solitude isn’t loneliness… it’s preparation.
A gentle pause before life brings someone who matches your depth, your silence, your fire.

I’ve learned that waiting for real love isn’t weakness — it’s strength.
It’s choosing not to settle for someone who sees only your surface, but for someone who understands your heart, your scars, your softness… and chooses you anyway.

So if you’re walking alone right now, don’t rush.
The right soul doesn’t need to be chased — it finds you when you’re finally ready to be seen.

Walking down Fifth Avenue, I remembered how far confidence can take you.
It’s not about the outfit, the brand, or the city — it’s about the energy you carry when you finally stop doubting your own worth.

Confidence doesn’t ask for permission.
It simply walks forward… one elegant step at a time. 🖤

There was a moment when I finally looked at myself in the mirror — not to judge, not to measure, but to see.
That’s when the fight began.
Not against food, not against the body… but against the silence that was slowly destroying me.

Healing didn’t start with perfection.
It started with honesty — admitting that I was tired of hiding, tired of pretending I was fine.

Every day since then has been a small victory.
Some days I still fall. But now… I rise too. 🌙

Strength isn’t loud. Sometimes it’s just whispering to yourself — try again tomorrow.
