Village Crest Center for Health & Rehab is a member of National HealthCare Associates, a premier network of short-term rehabilitation and nursing centers

Our center provides each patient with a variety of individualized services and programming, whether they are with us for a short stay following a hospitalization or surgery, or they will call us their new home for long-term nursing care. Our dedicated staff is focused on delivering the highest quality of services, centered on speedy recoveries and patient satisfaction. Village Crest Center for Health and Rehabilitation had a lovely “Open House” event last night in celebration of our new memory care floor. Thank you Mayor Bass for the support and kind words about our facility. There was a ribbon cutting ceremony, bourbon tasting, delicious food, and beautiful music!!! A special thank you to Alzheimer’s Association for being a part of this exciting evening. We would also like to thank LaNoce’s Gourmet Market, Litchfield Distillery, and Rt. 7 Music. We are happy to say we had an attendance of over 70 people! Thank you all for your support!!!

Spring fever is in the air! We had a great day today with the lovely ladies at Chestnut Grove Retirement Community. We painted terra cotta pots & planted seeds in them afterwards. There was some impressive art work achieved!!!

Village Crest Center for Health & Rehabilitation visited Chestnut Grove Retirement Community in New Milford, CT this Wednesday. Director of Rehabilitation, Stacey Gaudenzi talked about Village Crest’s Rehabilitation Department and how important physical therapy is to get strong again after a surgery or illness. She also spoke about how important it is to stay physically fit in our daily lives. Stacey brought up great points on how to maintain safety in our home environment.
