Tell Me About Brazilian Zouk:
Brazilian Zouk also know as Zouk Lambada is a partner dance adapted from the forbidden dance, Lambada, and developed under the influence of Caribbean zouk music, R&B and other music containing the zouk beat. The dance has also been influenced by a variety of different dance styles such as salsa, tango, rumba, contemporary dance and hip-hop /street dance. Zouk is most popular in Brazil but is also one of the fastest growing social partner dances on all continents. Danced to a large variety of music – R&B, Pop, Urban, Latin, Raggaeton and Middle Eastern sounds, Brazilian Zouk is getting its deserved popularity in the US and around the world.
