Throughout our journeys there will be moments of distance and disconnect and it’s totally okay. Sometimes we need to lean into our own inner standing and spirit should be able to trust us to do just that.

It’s been a few weeks and we’re so happy to get a beat to check in with our healing community.

Leo season is among us so it’s only right that we utilize the energy it comes with to shower ourselves with the confidence needed to conquer both our internal and external enemies.

External could be people, places, or situations that are sent out way with no other intention than to distract and create blockages.

Internal is always… you guessed it, our lower selves. It comes through feelings such as anger. Shame, self doubt and guilt to try to convince us that we don’t deserve the abundance we’re walking into.

Let us petition to Oshun for all of our blessings to find us in sweetness and that our our labor be fruitful.

It isn’t always necessary to react or respond in moments where chaotic energy is present. It’s always best to view the situation from the outside looking in.
