Stress is unavoidable. Some seasons of life bring more than we ever expected.

Right after my husband passed away, COVID hit us with a vengeance, and my body was under an incredible amount of stress, grieving my husband and fearful that I would get sick and would have to face it alone. Even when we think we’re “handling it,” our immune system feels it.

Chronic stress can quietly create inflammation in the body, and over time that wears us down.

During that season, I made a decision to be proactive about my health. I focused on giving my body the right nutrients consistently to help lift my spirits and my health ... not for a quick fix, but for long-term support. I also used toxin-free products in my home because toxins cause inflammation and inflammation affects our immune system. Nothing with the immune system happens overnight, but over time I truly believe the reduction in inflammation and proper supplementation helped me stay healthy during one of the most stressful times of my life.

That experience changed the way I look at wellness. We can’t always control stress but we can support our bodies through it.

If you’re walking through a stressful season or dealing with immune or inflammation concerns, don’t ignore it. Take charge of your helath. Reach out and I will share what has worked for me and many others.

Approach it proactively, not defensively .

Not drinking enough water can increase the effects of aging. We believe in total wellness when it comes to our beauty, and that includes keeping our whole body hydrated! So grab a glass of water (or two)—we promise your skin will drink in the benefits. 07/14/2025

Are you drinking enough water?

🔹 A Simple Rule of Thumb:

Half your body weight in ounces.
So, if you weigh 160 pounds, aim for 80 ounces of water daily (about 10 cups).

🔹 You May Need More If You:
• Exercise or sweat heavily
• Are in a hot or humid climate
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Are ill, have diarrhea, vomiting, or fever
• Drink coffee, alcohol, or eat high-sodium foods (they can be dehydrating)

🔹 How to Know You’re Drinking Enough:
• You rarely feel thirsty
• Your urine is light yellow or pale straw-colored
• You have good energy and clear skin

Testosterone isn’t just for guys—both men and women need it! It helps with energy, mood, muscle, bone strength, and more.

Crazy fact: the average 26-year-old man today has the same testosterone levels as a 65-year-old man from past generations. 😳

Things like stress, toxins, and lack of movement are taking a toll.

Did you know sugar is more addictive than co***ne?
It lights up the same pleasure centers in the brain—and once it’s in your system, your body craves more and more.

But here’s the catch: while sugar might give you that quick high, it also causes inflammation throughout the body. Chronic inflammation has been linked to joint pain, fatigue, headaches, skin issues, and even serious diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and autoimmune conditions.

It’s sneaky too—hiding in everything from salad dressings to “healthy” granola bars.

If you’ve been feeling off lately, your sugar intake might be the culprit. Want help cutting the cravings and reducing inflammation? I’ve found some tools that make it easier—and I’d love to share them with you!

Who else has felt the sugar struggle?

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the land.
Not a toxin was present; all chemicals banned.
For Santa had asked when he flew through last year
"Could you please get rid of your Tide and your Cheer?

My eyes are running and my belly is itching.
I think it's your products – would you consider switching
To a line that is greener and safer to use?
It's all guaranteed so there's nothing to lose.

Online shopping is simple; toll-free calling, a breeze
And it's not just at Christmas that you get products for free.
Mrs. Claus has more energy and, ho-ho-ho, I do too.
Oligo makes sure that the nutrients get through.

Rudolph’s joints are better and his fur’s silky smooth.
He’s like family to me so what else would I use?
I’ve lost a few pounds and some of the elves did so too,
It’s not really that hard when you have the right tools.

Others may question why you shop like you do.
But don’t ever you forget what's important to you.
A clean home, safe environment, so please do not stop
And tell your family and friends about a great place to shop.

Helping others has value, our mission is clear.
You'll have a Christmas of Wellness and a Healthier New Year!”

It’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we see pink ribbons everywhere—on products, in ads, and on social media. But many companies promoting breast cancer "awareness" and claiming to support a cure are also using chemicals linked to cancer in their products. This is called "pinkwashing"—when companies wrap themselves in a feel-good cause to sell more while continuing harmful practices behind the scenes.

Examples? Cosmetics with carcinogenic ingredients, cleaning supplies with toxic chemicals, or even foods filled with artificial additives—while these same brands market themselves as "fighting for a cure." How can you claim to care about finding a cure if you’re part of the problem?

💡 We need to be more mindful:

~~Look beyond the pink ribbon. What’s in the product? Does the company invest in safer alternatives?

~~Support brands that truly prioritize public health—those that are transparent about their practices and ingredients.

~~Donate directly to research organizations that focus on prevention and holistic care, rather than companies using "awareness" as a marketing tactic.

Recognize the hypocrisy in the fight against breast cancer by some companies and realize that fighting for a cure means preventing the disease in the first place. Instead of shopping at major retailers for products like Tide, Windex, 409, Pine-Sol, Colgate, Dawn, or Degree, and makeup lines with carcinogens, I love shopping at an online health and wellness store that I can trust to take care of all the ingredient checking for me. This way, I’m confident I’m getting the best, safest ingredients.
