As a barber, I understand
life gets busy, schedules shift, things come up.

But one thing I’ve learned…
you have to be intentional with your time.

There are moments I’m in the gym resetting, training, taking care of myself and that time matters just as much as any appointment.

Because how I show up for my clients
depends on how I show up for myself first.

This isn’t about being unavailable…
it’s about having structure.

Respecting my time allows me to give my best
every time you sit in my chair.

Control your time with intention ,
that’s where real balance starts.

Sometimes it’s not just about the hair…

It’s about what you’ve been carrying.

The weight.
The identity.
The version of you that doesn’t even fit anymore.

A lot of men hold onto their locs not because they want to…
but because it feels safer than letting go.

Me?
I move different.
I train through it.
I choose growth over what used to control me.

Men hold a lot in.
Stress. Pressure. Responsibility.

And most of the time… it never gets said.

This chair is a place to sit, breathe, and let some of that energy go.
