When I was pregnant at 25, I was in a season of giving.
Taking care of others. Moving forward. Doing what needed to be done.

My birth was healthy and everything went well—but I didn’t fully understand what it meant to be supported in that experience.

It wasn’t until later, in massage school, hearing other women’s stories and being immersed in a more holistic world… that something shifted.

It opened the door to my own healing.

And it sparked something deeper—
a desire to support women during pregnancy in a way I didn’t know how to support myself at the time.

Prenatal massage, for me, isn’t just about relieving tension. It’s about creating space to receive.

When I started massage school, I thought I was just learning a skill, a trade that would allow me to help people feel better in their bodies. But what I didn’t expect was how much it would awaken within me.

Through bodywork, my intuition has sharpened. I’ve come to realize that emotions aren’t just *felt*—they are *stored* in the body. With each session, I’ve learned to listen, not just with my hands, but with my heart. Sometimes, I feel the emotions my clients carry before they even speak a word. Sometimes, messages come through—whispers from beyond, guiding the session in ways I can’t fully explain but deeply trust.

Massage, for me, is about creating a space—a container where you can sink into yourself, feel what’s been buried, and release what’s been held too tightly. It’s a dance between touch and intuition, science and spirit. It’s not just about relief, but about reconnecting—with yourself, your emotions, and something greater.
