I have worked in the oncology space for over a decade and then became a patient myself last February , so I know both sides of this journey.
I created a free resource I when I was going through it that centralizes everything you’ll need for each part of the journey! (Products, questions to ask, must -haves for the journey etc) ,
One thing I realized quickly was how scattered all the support, products, and information were — especially when it came to managing hormonal side effects, hair loss, recovery, wellness, and day-to-day life during and after treatment.
Inside, you’ll find:
✨ must-read guidance for each stage (questions to ask, what to expect, what actually helps)
✨ curated product lists so you’re not guessing what you need
✨ a cancer registry (like a wedding registry, but for real support)
✨ access to free virtual support — nutrition, fitness, cold capping
✨ hair loss, beauty, wellness, and hormonal support
✨additional hormonal side effect support (hot flashes, low libido, insomnia, fatigue, joint pain, vaginal dryness, etc)
If you decide to register for free you get insider articles on tips on how to make each part of the journey easier along with savings on products/services we already need.
Many women are already using it and telling me it saves them so much time and energy hunting for solutions.

Hopefully it can make the journey a little softer. ❤️
Cancer changes so much—but it does not take away who you are.
Losing your hair, brows, lashes, or feeling like you don’t recognize yourself in the mirror can be one of the hardest parts of treatment. But your beauty has never been defined by those things. 💗
Healing isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, too. Give yourself grace as you navigate every stage of this journey, and remember: you are still worthy, still beautiful, and still you.
At Re-Femme, we’re here to support you through every season of survivorship. 🌸
💬 What helped you feel like you again during treatment or recovery? Share your story below—you never know who needs to hear it.
And if you’re supporting a woman through cancer, you can create a registry for her—so she has access to the products, resources, and care she may need along the way.
Re-Femme is everything I wish I had during my own cancer journey. It didn’t exist when I was diagnosed, so I built it for the next woman who needs guidance, answers, and support.
So she never has to go through this alone.

The Sunday scaries hit a little differently before your first chemo.
But here’s the mindset that helped me: don’t think of chemo as the enemy. Think of it as your friend. It’s coming to destroy what’s trying to destroy you.
Instead of fearing it, I chose to welcome it in.
During my infusion, I kept repeating to myself, “Healthy cells remain. Healthy cells remain.” It became my mantra—a reminder that my body was strong and that this treatment had a purpose.
Every drip, every minute, every treatment was working to help save my life.
If tomorrow is your first infusion, know you’re stronger than you think. One treatment at a time. 🤍
I also put together an article with the Top 5 Things I Wish I Knew Before Chemo—the things that made my experience so much easier and that I wish someone had told me before my first infusion. I hope it helps make your first day a little less scary.
