What is cologne balm?

Cologne balm or solid cologne is scent without the theatrics. A solid, wax-and-oil-based fragrance you swipe on with precision. No overspray, no blasting everyone in the room. Just a clean, controlled hit that stays close to the skin.

Bucky started somewhere between the swamps of Louisiana and the mountains of Montana.
