Day 2 of cleanse 💪🏼
What are you eating?
As always start your morning off with lemon water and celery juice! Today I had a handful of blueberries, some steel cut oats with blueberries and cinnamon and spaghetti squash!
So tomorrow is October 5!
First day of the 9 day cleanse!

Cheers to this girl for completing all her training to become a colon hydrotherapist! Now to pass the national board exam which should be a breeze for her!! She will then be joining the Holistic Harmony team and her and Jes will be the two new colon hydrotherapists!! They will be taking over all of those appointments so I can focus on opening the new school! Please join me in congratulating Ronda on her well deserved achievement!
