Holiday Schedule Reminder:🎃🍁🎄
It’s hard to believe we’re talking about November and December already when January was just last week, but here we are.🤣
I have been able to stay ahead of the schedule with most of my clients who see me monthly. However, if you are not currently on my schedule for November or December and want to be, please book online or contact me asap at (717) 321-6752.
Currently:
- October is full but you can always be added to my waitlist
- Only 4 openings left for November
- I am booking into December but I anticipate openings to fill quickly as I will be closed a few extra days for the holidays.
As always, I am blessed beyond measure with the BEST clients who keep me so busy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!🙏💚

Edit: well that was fast! Positions have been filled!🫶
🔎 Model Call 🔍
I am looking for two people who are willing to be "model" massage clients.
HOW IT WORKS:
🌿 We schedule a session (FREE of charge) - likely an hour in length.
🌿 During the session, I will set up my tripod to take photos and videos similar to those pictured here.
🌿 You will receive massage techniques, but it won't be a "typical" session as the goal is to capture photos/videos.
🌿 These photos and videos will be used on social media and other marketing material for advertising purposes.
REQUIREMENTS:
✨ You must be a current client.
✨ No back tattoos. Small tattoos on one arm or one leg okay. (I love tattoos...this is simply for professional and safety purposes.😊)
Please comment, DM, or text (717) 321-6752 if interested. Thank you!

Happy Fall Equinox!🍁
We are very sad to see summer go over here and spent our last days of the season stomping in the lake and soaking up as much warm sunshine as we could get.☀️
But with each change of season, I try to embrace all that nature has to offer. The Fall Equinox is all about balance. Today we celebrate night and day be equal lengths. And as light gets shorter and darkness longer, we’re reminded that it’s okay to let go of what no longer serves us.
So I ask myself and you, in this season of change, where can you find more balance and what can you let go of?
Happy Fall y’all🍂🧡🤎

That post massage glow✨
(face cradle marks and all😅)
My own massage just hit different this month. I laughed, I cried (literally), my therapist hit all the right spots, and I haven’t been this relaxed in a long time.
I came in telling my therapist that I could feel something brewing in my right shoulder. The instant she started working it, I could feel the intensity of the tension there. I started taking deep breaths and suddenly there were tears running down my cheeks.
Sometimes we don’t have to know what the body is holding onto. Sometimes we just have to breathe into it and let it go.
I left feeling lighter and more at home in my body.💕

Knowing that AI can never replace human touch >>>
That’s it. That’s the whole post. 🙌

I’ve heard many forms of, “I didn’t realize I could still receive massage therapy with xyz condition.”
Allow me to set the record straight…
There are very few instances where someone cannot receive massage therapy - active infection and fever, for example.
Otherwise, you can absolutely receive therapeutic touch regardless of your medical condition. A well-trained massage therapist will know how to make necessary accommodations based on your health history and goals.
One of the areas I’m most passionate about is working with clients who might be considered medically frail. I have completed advanced education and have experience working with people undergoing cancer treatment, receiving hospice or palliative care, as well as a host of other medical conditions.
The end-goal is always the same…allow someone the space to show up exactly as they are, provide uninterrupted time for this person to relax and receive intentional, therapeutic touch, and create an environment that helps calm their central nervous system.
If you’ve ever wondered how massage could impact your quality of life, I am here for you.💚

A friend asked me the other day what was one goal I had by the end of the year - something that would make me happy. I wasn’t sure how to answer at first. Honestly, life has been pretty great, and I feel very blessed.
The more I thought about it, the more I realized my goal is to have no goal at all. Let me explain…
I’ve spent the past three years going back to school and building a business, not to mention building a beautiful family and a life I’m so proud of. Prior to that I spent years chasing goals - higher education, corporate job, etc., etc.
Lately, I find myself thinking, “okay what’s next?” I’ve accomplished what I set out to do with Abundant Life Wellness. I’m booked a month out and have amazing, consistent clients. The thing about me is I always have ideas. I just haven’t settled on anything that feels right in terms of growth.
But maybe that’s my sign. My goal right now is to relax, to actually enjoy what I worked so tirelessly to build, to be happy with my business and life as it is, so I can focus on the things that truly matter - my husband and daughter and my relationships with family, friends, and clients.
I’m going to trust that when the time is right, one of my ideas will take flight and I’ll know just how I want to grow Abundant Life Wellness. For now, know that I am here ready to greet you on my massage table. And when I’m not here, I’m at home learning how to be present in each moment and finding magic in the ordinary day-to-day. 💚
What’s one goal you have that might bring joy into your life?? Drop a comment and let us know!⬇️🫶

As my business evolves, so too does my massage style. I’m finding the longer I continue working with clients, the more I recognize better ways to help the body relax, tension melt away, and the mind settle.
I’d describe my style as slow, specific, and safe.💚
