🚨 FACT CHECK: Is Land O’Lakes Butter Currently Recalled?

I’ve seen this claim shared a lot lately, so I looked into it.

The answer is NO. ✅

At this time, there is no current FDA recall for Land O’Lakes butter.

The information being shared is from 2003, not a current recall.

⚠️ Always check the date before sharing recall information. Old recalls often resurface online and create unnecessary confusion.

🚨 CYCLOSPORA UPDATE

The Cyclospora outbreak is NOT over.

Here’s what you need to know:

🔴 The outbreak is still active.

🥬 The Taylor Farms de Mexico iceberg lettuce recall is still active.

🔎 New York and North Carolina are still investigating Cyclospora cases.

⚠️ 2 deaths have now been reported in Michigan. Health officials say both people had underlying health conditions.

The investigation is still changing, so more updates may come.

🌿 Okay cilantro lovers, this one is for you. 👀

There’s been a lot of conversation around Cyclospora and fresh produce, so I wanted to give you the information without turning it into something it isn’t.

North Carolina health officials have discussed cilantro and other fresh ingredients in connection with Cyclospora concerns, but cilantro has NOT been confirmed as the source of the current increase in cases.

New York is also continuing to investigate increased Cyclospora activity, and a specific food source has not been confirmed there either.

⚠️ So please understand what this post is saying and what it is NOT saying:

I am NOT saying all cilantro is contaminated.
I am NOT saying cilantro has been recalled across the board.
And I am NOT clearing other leafy greens or produce as automatically safe.

This is an awareness post while investigations continue. 💚

Now, if all of this has you looking at your cilantro sideways 😂🌿, here’s another option: grow some yourself!

You don’t need a backyard or a whole garden. Cilantro can be grown at home with seeds, a pot with drainage, potting soil, water and a bright window. Growing your own gives you more control over how it’s grown and handled, although homegrown produce still needs to be handled and washed properly.

🌱 Seeds → soil → water → sunshine → fresh cilantro.

Save this post for later, share it with your cilantro-loving friends, and I’ll continue keeping an eye on the investigations as more information becomes available.

🚨 If you shop at Walmart, this is one you’ll want to check.

This post is specifically showing the Marketside iceberg lettuce products identified in this Taylor Farms de Mexico recall. Marketside is Walmart’s private-label brand, and the affected retail products shown in the graphic were sold at select Walmart stores.

🥬 Check the exact product, size and Best If Used By date on your package against the recall information in the graphic.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This post is NOT clearing other lettuce, leafy greens, brands or produce as safe. I’m simply showing you the specific retail products identified in this particular recall.

If something isn’t pictured here, that does not automatically mean it’s unaffected by another recall, investigation or food-safety concern. I’m keeping each issue separate so we can stay informed without creating unnecessary confusion or panic.

If your product matches an active recall, don’t try to wash it and eat it. Follow the recall instructions.

❤️ Save this so you can check your refrigerator, and share it with someone who shops at Walmart.

Ever wonder which brands or store labels may have connections to Taylor Farms? 🥬👀

This post is simply for information and awareness. It is NOT a recall alert, and being shown on this graphic does not mean these brands or their products are currently recalled.

Taylor Farms operates beyond products carrying the Taylor Farms name. Depending on the product, location, supplier and time period, there can be ownership, manufacturing, food-service or supplier relationships involving other labels.

I put this together because so many of you have been asking, “What other brands or labels are connected to Taylor Farms?”

⚠️ Important: A connection to Taylor Farms does NOT automatically mean every product under that brand comes from Taylor Farms. Suppliers can vary by product, region, facility and time, so always check your specific package and current recall information if you’re concerned about a particular item.

This is simply about helping you know more about where your food may come from so you can make your own informed choices. 💚

Save this for reference and share it with someone who’s been asking the same question. 📌

🚨 Yes, there’s an Alfredo sauce recall, but don’t panic and start throwing out every Alfredo sauce in the house. 😂🍝

This recall involves a specific commercial/food-service Alfredo sauce product from The Coffee Connexion Co., Inc. I put the product information, codes and dates you need to check right in the graphic.

But listen… worst case, we make our own. 😂 And since we’re Natural Elements Sea Moss, you already know I had to sneak a little sea moss into the situation. 🌿💜

Creamy Homemade Chicken Alfredo 🍝

🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧀 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
🌿 1–2 tbsp Natural Elements Sea Moss Gel
🧂 Salt & black pepper to taste
🍝 Your favorite pasta
🍗 Cooked seasoned chicken

And just like that… Alfredo night is back on the menu. 😂

Save this one for later, share it with your Alfredo-loving friend, and remember to check your product before you toss anything out.

🚨 MORE EGG OPTIONS + AN IMPORTANT REMINDER BEFORE YOU BUY 🥚

A lot of you have been asking me, “Okay, but what eggs CAN I buy?” So I put together more examples of egg brands and supermarket options that are not currently identified in this specific July 2026 Midwest Poultry Services recall.

But please remember: don’t shop by brand name alone. Check your carton. Suppliers can vary depending on the product and location.

🔎 For this recall, look for:
• Plant code: P-1950 or 0840962
• Julian dates: 157–184
• Sell-by / best-by dates: July 20–August 17, 2026

If your carton matches the recalled information, do not eat the eggs. Follow the recall instructions.

And one more important thing: an egg brand not being listed in this particular recall does NOT mean that every carton from that brand is automatically unaffected by every food-safety issue. That’s why checking the actual package matters.

💚 I’ll continue checking recalls, outbreak investigations and updates from multiple reliable sources so we can make more informed choices.

And if you’re looking to add sea moss to your routine for additional nutritional support, you can find Natural Elements Sea Moss at NaturalElementsSeaMoss.com 🌿

Save this post, share it with somebody who buys eggs, and check that carton before you buy. ❤️

🥚 MORE EGG OPTIONS NOT CURRENTLY LISTED IN THIS RECALL

A lot of you have been asking me for more egg brands to look for, not just which supermarkets to shop at. So I put together another list of options to make shopping a little easier. ❤️

Important: These are examples of brands/products that are not currently listed in this specific July 2026 Midwest Poultry Services recall. That does NOT mean every carton sold under these brands is automatically unaffected. Suppliers, facilities and products can vary.

🔎 CHECK YOUR CARTON FIRST.
For this recall, look for:

⚠️ Plant code: P-1950 or 0840962
⚠️ Julian dates: 157–184
⚠️ Sell-by / best-by dates: July 20–August 17, 2026

The investigation into the Salmonella Enteritidis outbreak is still ongoing, so information can change. Your actual carton code matters more than the brand name on the front.

And remember, this isn’t a complete list of egg options. There are many other brands, regional producers and local farm eggs available.

🌿 If you’re also looking to add extra nutritional support to your daily routine, consider adding sea moss to your diet.

🦠 CYCLOSPORA: WHAT CAN YOU ACTUALLY DO TO PROTECT YOURSELF?

With all the concern around Cyclospora, one of the biggest questions is: What actually helps?

🥬 Washing helps, but it isn’t a guarantee. Rinse produce thoroughly under clean running water, rub or scrub firm produce, and remove damaged or outer leaves when appropriate.

❄️ Don’t depend on freezing. Freezing should not be treated as a reliable way to kill Cyclospora or make contaminated produce safe.

🔥 Cooking is different. Proper heating can destroy Cyclospora. For foods normally eaten cooked, cooking provides more protection than relying on washing or freezing alone.

And what about some of the things we commonly hear about?

🧂 Baking soda may help remove some surface residues, but it is not proven to eliminate Cyclospora.
🍶 Vinegar is not proven to eliminate it either.
🧴 Do NOT wash produce with bleach, chlorine sanitizer, soap or household cleaning products.

🚨 Most importantly: if a product has been recalled with instructions not to eat it, don’t try to save it by washing, freezing or cooking it. Follow the recall instructions.

This isn’t about being afraid of fruits and vegetables. It’s about understanding what these methods can and cannot do so you can make informed choices. ❤️

🌿 Looking for additional nutritional support alongside a varied diet? Sea moss can be another source of naturally occurring nutrients.
