Please be apprehensive when buying essential oils from grocery stores/supermarkets. Some of these products are fake and can cause damage to the skin like burns or rashes. Oils Cove uses safe amounts of essential oils in our products for the hair and skin. Our products are 3% diluted, which means we also use carrier oils to properly dilute. 💓

Using raw essential oils on the skin/hair/scalp can lead to burns/rashes/irritation, if not properly diluted with a carrier oil. This is because raw essential oils are extremely potent since they’re in their natural form. 🌸

Lastly, a skin test should be used when trying ANY new skin or hair care product. Place a small amount of the product on your forearm and wait 24-48 hours to see if any irritations arise. If not, you’re good to go! 👍🏾 If you are irritated, stop using the product immediately. 🛑
