This morning, we received word about the passing of our dear , Aubrion Rogers. Aubrion married the love of her life Anthony in 2019. Four months after they married, she began having terrible pain. In August of 2020, Aubrion was diagnosed with endometriosis. Her husband described her as affectionate, a hug giver, helpful, intelligent, and intelligent. "I've learned so much from her... she challenged me to be better", her husband, Anthony, shared.

Anthony shared on his Facebook fundraising page that for over two years, Aubrion had been dealing with severe pain. They had several meetings with doctors, and every time they met, they would find something else wrong. In August of 2021, she posted, "Today I went to urgent care and asked for an ultrasound. Found out that I have three fibroids, one cyst, one enlarged o***y, and one large mass that is 11 cm. At what point will my situation be considered an emergency? Is 11 cm not big enough??" in an endometriosis group that she was a part of. She was in so much pain that she could not work, move, eat, or sleep. 

The pain was so unbearable and severe that her primary care doctor called for immediate emergency surgery. Unfortunately, before they could have surgery, she had to be rushed to the hospital because she went into cardiac arrest. Anthony stated that during emergency surgery, doctors removed a burst right o***y, right tube, appendix, endometriosis, and fibroids. Unfortunately, Aubrion succumbed to her pain of endometriosis. 

Aubrion Rogers passed away on Jan. 22, 2022.

To have endometriosis is to be a literal warrior.
This illness with no “cure” , is not just a “bad period”. It does not only affect the uterus, or the body alone. It is systemic and affects multiple organs.
