The worst! The absolute worst!!

We am extremely disappointed with Guy-Will Shipping Company, and this experience has completely shaken our trust in them.

We have been a loyal customer for over 6 years, shipping at least two cargos per month, both in person and by mail. Over the years, we have overlooked countless issues and even defended this company on multiple occasions. Loyalty clearly means nothing here.

Our cargo has been sitting there since last week, untouched. We have called every single day for over a week and a half, only to get excuses, vague answers, or no real solution. We understand peak season delays, but this goes far beyond that. This is poor organization, poor communication, and complete disregard for customers.

All we asked for was one person, one time, to prioritize making our cargo available. Apparently, that’s too much to ask.

To make matters worse, we were turned away in person, then after a full week were told to “just show up,” Again for what? That level of inconsistency is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

I hope someone on their marketing or management team understands a basic truth:
It’s far easier to keep a loyal customer than to find a new one.

We may be a small speck in their system, but this experience shows there is zero loyalty in return.

It’s almost Christmas, and the stress of this situation has affected our business, our reputation, and our peace of mind.

After years of support, we expected better. Sadly, this company has shown us exactly where loyalty stands, with nowhere at all……

The Guyanese in me- I would grease my heel and run all the way to Guyana with your packages before I ship with this company again, blood pressure and all to the roof!!!

After 6 longggg years - this is how we are treated….. Ok. Cool.
