Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani) is one of my favorite ways to slow things down, especially after I’ve been on my feet all day or when my mind is doing the MOST.

A little tip: Try holding it for 5–10 minutes. If your hamstrings are really tight, place a pillow under your hips for extra support. Then let your breath slow naturally as your body settles. 🤎

Sometimes the reset really can be this simple.

A celebration of my Grandma Margie who is 101years old today!!!I isn't she beautiful??

It's also a celebration of family and meeting new cousins (D9, baby!) We spent the day at the International Museum of African American History in Charleston.
Yesterday we were able to hang with my uncle cousins, niece, nephew and my baby brother David Pendergrass .
