For this beauty hour, we will gather together and join in a group face massage to honor ourselves and being cozy. I think the timing will be perfect. After Thanksgiving and before all of the holiday busy-ness.
I want this time to feel super supportive AND feel like a tiny reset. Our time together will be about feeling good, tending to our skin (the largest organ of our nervous system), and doing some self-care things in a community care way.
Cost is free. 40 min session.
**There is also an option to pay using a sliding scale as well- as some folks wanted to contribute last time.
