LOLOLOLOL. 😂

I used to think I was so tired...
I had absolutely no idea.

Parenting tired hits different — even when your baby is sleeping through the night.

But we wouldn’t trade it for anything. 🤍

If you’re surviving on broken sleep because your baby or toddler is waking all night, we can help.

Comment LINK and we’ll send you the Full Feedings® programs that help families get longer stretches of sleep — without cry-it-out.

There are a lot of things I don’t do as an infant sleep specialist but these are my top 5. All of these get in the way of naturally supporting consistent nighttime sleep.

Instead, I am much more interested in why your baby is waking.

At full feedingsÂŽ, we look at the entire 24 hours.

Feeding.
Naps.
Wake windows.
Bedtime.
Sleep pressure.
Daytime calories.

Those are the ingredients.
And the exact balance changes as your baby grows.

To avoid “sleep regressions” and keep your sleep, we preemptively make changes to baby’s routine BEFORE sleep shifts.

We teach you how to do this inside The Full Feedings Method® programs. We show you exactly how we balance the sleep ingredients for your baby’s age so their needs are met during the day and longer nighttime sleep can happen naturally.

No cry-it-out.
No withholding comfort.
No obsessing over independent sleep.

Just an age-appropriate plan that makes sense — and has worked for over 25,000+ families worldwide.

What if your baby’s night wakings aren’t only about sleep?

If your baby is consistently taking milk overnight, their body may genuinely still be relying on those calories.

So simply trying to “drop the night feed” misses the bigger question:
Why does your baby still need so much milk at night?

This is where we use Milk Management™.

We focus on helping babies take full, adequate feeds during the day so that, as they become developmentally ready, more of their nutritional needs can naturally shift away from nighttime.

And yes: you always feed a hungry baby.
We’re not trying to ignore hunger.
We’re trying to build a daytime feeding pattern that makes overnight hunger less necessary.

That’s a very different approach to baby sleep.

Your baby waking to eat overnight doesn’t automatically mean you have a “sleep problem.”

Sometimes you have to look at when their calories are coming in.

Of course, if your baby is hungry at night, you feed them. We are never suggesting otherwise.

But if a baby continues getting a significant portion of their milk overnight, those night feeds may continue to be nutritionally necessary.

That’s why we don’t start by trying to simply eliminate feeds.

We start with the daytime.

At Full Feedings®, we call this Milk Management™: supporting full, adequate daytime feeds and gradually shifting more of your baby’s nutritional needs into the day as they become developmentally ready.

The goal is not a hungry baby who isn’t being fed.
The goal is a baby who isn’t hungry all night because their needs were met during the day.

That distinction changes everything.

Sometimes I tell you The Full Feedings MethodÂŽ works.
And sometimes another mom says it for me. 🥹🤍

This is Diksha Gautham — and she shared this completely unsolicited reel about her experience using my method with her baby.

Dee found Full Feedings organically, followed the method to a T, and by 6 weeks old, her baby was sleeping through the night.

Without crying it out.
Without traditional sleep training.
Without ignoring her baby’s needs.

And THIS is why I created The Full Feedings MethodÂŽ.

Because becoming a mother shouldn’t have to mean accepting months — or years — of exhaustion as your new normal.

Dee has important work of her own. She helps South Asian women get in their best shape without giving up the cultural foods they love — and I absolutely love what she has built and the women she serves.

She also deserves to be rested while she does it.
She deserves energy for her work.
She deserves to feel good in motherhood.
And she deserves to enjoy her baby without functioning on fumes.
You do, too.

Our approach has never been about forcing babies to sleep.
It’s about understanding what babies need for sleep to happen naturally — full feedings, age-appropriate daytime sleep, the right wake windows, enough daytime calories, and a rhythm that works with their biology instead of against it.

When those pieces come together, sleep can follow.

Dee, THANK YOU for sharing your experience and trusting The Full Feedings Method® with your sweet baby. It means more to me than you know. 🤍

And if you don’t already follow her, go check out Diksha Gautham — especially if you’re a South Asian woman who wants realistic fitness and nutrition support without giving up the foods that are part of your culture.

And if you’re watching this thinking, “Wait... my baby could do this too?”

That’s exactly what I want you to know.

You do not have to choose between being responsive to your baby and getting more sleep.

That false choice is one of the biggest reasons many parents avoid getting help with infant sleep at all.

They assume “better sleep” means they’ll eventually be told to:

stop feeding,
stop rocking,
stop responding,
or leave their baby to cry.

That is NOT how we do this.

At Full FeedingsŽ, we stay responsive and work on the reasons your baby is waking.

Is hunger still showing up overnight because daytime intake is low?
Is baby overtired by bedtime?
Are naps taking away too much sleep pressure?
Are wake windows no longer appropriate for their age?
Has the routine simply stopped matching their developmental stage?

Those are things we can work with.

The goal isn’t to remove your support.
It’s to meet your baby’s needs so well that they have fewer reasons to need support overnight.

That’s a very different approach to sleep.

No cry-it-out.
No sleep training.
No ignoring hunger or distress.

Just full feedings, appropriate sleep, responsive care, and a routine that makes sense for your baby’s age.

Your baby can eat frequently and still not be getting full feedings.
That distinction matters.

When feeds are consistently short, sleepy, distracted, or incomplete, babies can fall into a cycle of taking just enough to take the edge off their hunger... then asking to eat again shortly after.

And when enough milk doesn’t make it into the daytime, those calories often show up overnight.

At Full Feedings®, we don’t solve that by stretching a hungry baby longer between feeds.

We work on the opposite problem: helping babies feed fully enough during the day that they can actually feel satisfied between feeds.

Then we balance those full feeds with age-appropriate naps, wake windows, and bedtime so the entire day works together.

That’s Milk Management™.

Not less milk.
Not ignoring hunger.
Not forcing a schedule.

Just intentionally helping your baby meet their needs during the day so sleep can follow naturally.
