Mama Lisa GF Pizza

As I’ve mentioned so many times before, Mama Lisa is one of my favorite restaurants. They accommodate every single need without making me feel bad at all! But this was the first time I was trying their pizza. They had a sauce with no onion and no garlic and of course the crust was gluten-free. It was very good, but I still have to say my absolute favorite is Alfie’s. Sorry Mama Lisa! The edge of their crust was very good because it was crunchy but other than that, the crust was paper thin and kind of tasted like paper.  The sauce and cheese were what you wouldn’t expect, like I said it was very good, but not outstanding. Especially since I know where I can get outstanding gluten-free pizza! 🍕 Mama Lisa is in Mastic and Alfie’s is in Rocky Point, both in Suffolk County, New York York 

I have found that eating Thai food out usually is good for me because it seems easy for the chef to exclude  gluten, onion and garlic. A few restaurants I’ve been to are very accommodating and when making Pad Thai 🍝 they only have to eliminate the garlicHokkaido Sushi Asian Fusioncious! My latest experience was at Hokkaido Sushi Asian Fusion in Mt. Sinai on Long Island. 😋

The smell of alone is enough to make me a lifelong fan of Vanilla – Coconut Gel Oil by Vaseline. Anyone with Sjogren’s Disease understands the assignment, to help relieve dry skin. Evidently, so does this product! It goes on very richly and then melts into the skin leaving a beautiful glow. My skin immediately feels less dry and nourished. It leaves my skin feeling silky smooth.

Had a great afternoon driving out East yesterday. Ran into a restaurant with a beautiful setting on an inlet in Mattituck. The food was really good and the chef made sure what I ate was good for me! My salmon was delicious, the fries were crazy plentiful and the hubs was really happy with his lobster 🦞 roll. Yay! 🎉 😋 I’m adding it to my list!
