I don’t know how it’s possible, but it just keeps getting better and better. Back briefly from Family Tracker camp in the Pine Barrens and continually in awe of the way these gatherings are intentionally woven with love and care and Coyote. Each time we return, we go deeper into the ways of thriving with Earth. Connecting with the Elements as kin, returning home to common unity (thank you Grandmother Shore 🙏🏼♥️) and to our purest hearts. It becomes clearer and clearer, through being a part of these programs, just how true this is: When a vision is empowered all who are in its presence experience the gift of it. Thank you everyone in the 4EEE crew, the Tracker lineage, the ancestors of place, the community of life & elements for continuing to make the unfamiliar familiar. So much love & gratitude for this gift I get to experience with my son. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

“Rescued” a whole bunch of medicinal plants from a meadow that was mowed too early - sad to see all the bees, butterflies, spiders & other critters displaced - but we make lemonade.
Got heaps of St Johns Wort (which I’m infusing in oil), Bee Balm (Monarda), Yarrow, Goldenrod, and a bit of Self-heal (Prunella).
