Let's get into MOISTURIZING low porosity/medium density hair:
1. Make sure the hair is hydrated with warm water.
2. Apply leave in that supports your hair. (Medium density requires creams that aren't too thick or too thin, low porosity NEEDS humectants to support moisture).
3. You may stop here if the product you're using is Moisturizing enough. Otherwise you can seal with a medium-thick oil.
How to moisturize LOW POROSITY/HIGH DENSITY (thick) hair:
1. Hydrate your hair with warm water, to assure water doesn't just sit on your strands, spend a few minutes working it in by squeezing & massaging.
2. Apply a leave in that compliments your texture & density. For me, I'm going in with the Black Castor Oil Hair Cream. Super moisturizing & has 3 different humectants to support my low porosity hair.
3. Seal with a THICK sealant.
