Hey all you lovely clients! It’s been a while since I’ve actually been active on here 🙂
Here’s a couple, brief updates on me and my personal life that will soon affect my business name and scheduling:

As some of you know, I married in 2024 and had a name change to “Calderon.” Me and my ex have separated and as of March 30th, my divorce will be finalized. This will result in my name being changed back to my maiden name “Fleming.”

However, I am in the works of completely rebranding my name and business page to avoid any possible confusion in the future regarding my name and booking. While I don’t plan on remarrying ANYTIME soon, this will help separate my business from my personal name (aside from booking online) in the future.

Another thing you may have noticed are the random schedule changes. As someone who is currently learning how to finally balance real life and work life again, I have played around with my hours and working days for the last few months to find a flow that works best for me and my mental health. Starting as of now, I will be in the salon 4 days out of the week: Thursday-Sunday. My schedule should be open all 4 days from 8am-4:30pm with some exceptions. If you already have an appointment scheduled on an “off day,” don’t worry! This won’t apply to you until we book your next appointment. With that being said, I will always open days here and there in addition to what I am already working. If you see it available online, then it’s available! 😊

Another thing I want to add in here: CANCELLATION POLICY!!!! One thing I’ve been super lenient with time and time again, is last minute cancellations and no shows. I understand things happen and we are not all in control of things that come up last minute. However, I do have a 24hr cancellation policy that is 50% of the scheduled service. If you cancel last minute or no show, that is, unfortunately for me, a waste of my time. With the larger and growing number of clients I have on my books, cancellations and no shows throw off everything. Not only do I not get paid, but clients who could’ve taken that spot miss out as well and those spots cannot always be filled immediately. If the card on file you have is invalid and declines, you will be required to pay the cancellation/no show fee before rebooking with anyone at the salon. This could also result in a ban for online booking.

With all of that being said, the last thing I’d like to touch on is the best way to contact me. Facebook is not my best form of communication as I don’t receive notifications immediately.
