Time is seriously such a thief....
All I want is for my baby to grow up and run the world but can time pleassseee slow down.
I officially have a Mama’s sidekick. She wants to do allllll the things Mama does. Hence the black and blue foot because she NEEDED my laptop to “work” giving me alllll the SASS, independence and stubbornness in the world.

Some days being a Mom is seriously challenging. No one tells you that you will have days like today. Today was one of those days for us.
I am not perfect, I am not always patient. I don’t always understand what she needs or how to make it better. Communicating with a 19 month old is like a big game of charades but in a foreign language, completely frustrating for both parties.
As she lays her head down just as exhausted from days like today, I hope she remembers one thing. I love that little chick more than anything. Everything I do is for her and her well being even when I feel I have failed her.
I don’t know what Mama needs hear this... but you are doing an amazing job. You were created specifically for the role you are in. You are not alone. Tomorrow is a new day and we will try again...

I am persistent to loving myself and I am persistent to being the best version of me that I can be for others around me.
