I was ✨sparkling✨ with a healthy amount of stress and anxiety today 😂 so apparently the birthday girl wasn’t the only one who needed a little attention.
A few minutes in the cold was exactly the reset my nervous system needed. Sometimes you just need 55° water to make everything else in your brain shut up for a minute. 😂

Vagus Nerve Reset
For the huggers: it feels like getting the biggest, safest hug from your favorite person. The kind where your whole body just melts and thinks, okay… I can relax now.
