Using good skincare products at home and using spf on a daily is key to youthful skin! Bad skincare products can strip your natural oils and preage your skin. Spf is primarily worn to prevent skincancer but it also helps to keep your skin youthful by protecting it from the damaging rays of the sun. Most of the sun damage we do to our skin is b4 we are 20 and we see it come out later in life in the form of dark spots and wrinkles! A good diet and plenty of water are also important to great skin!

This is my absolute favorite go to for most acne. The synergistic blend of lactic, glycolic, salycilic and citric organic acids penetrates the follicle at different depths and is amazing at healing acne! Oh and it's made from real bananas so it smells delicious!
