We are officially enrolling for our 1,000 Hour Cosmetology program. I am so excited to announce that the new program will be HYBRID! We will be studying 📚 hair, nails, waxing, makeup, lashes, & much more !

We are adding to our salon family 🫶🏾 If you are currently seeking a salon home we have the perfect environment for you to service your clients. We are accepting braiders, MUA’s, nail technicians, stylists, estheticians , etc. (LICENSE REQUIRED)

Amenities: Free WiFi, affordable booth rent, ample parking, waiting area, access to shampoo bowls etc.

All of my tenants receive a free service each month (Facial, Brazilian wax, Yoni steam) 🫶🏾🫶🏾

DAILY BOOTH RENTAL $50

Here are a list of of classes we offer that are inexpensive to invest in & QUICK. This economy is not playing fair. GET THOSE CREDENTIALS.

Lash Technician $600 (Kit included)
The average lash tech charges about $90 per set. Take one client after work each day (Mon-Fri) that’s an additional $450 per week AND an additional $1800 PER MONTH.

Wax Technician $2,000.00 + BrazilianWax Training $600 (Kit included, separated because Brazilian wax training isn’t mandatory can be taken by itself)

The average beginner waxer charges about $50 per Brazilian Wax. Take one client after work each day (Mon-Fri) that’s an additional $250 per week and an additional $1000 PER MONTH.

The average beginner waxer charges about $80 per Full leg Wax. Take one client after work each day (Mon-Fri) that’s an additional $400 per week and an additional $1600 PER MONTH.

Yoni Steam Facilitator (kit Included) $900

The average yoni steam facilitator charges about $45 per 30 min session. Take one client after work each day (Mon-Fri) that’s an additional $225 per week and an additional $900 PER MONTH.
