And last but not least let’s meet Emma Todd! ✨
Topic:
In a World Full of Worry — How to Untangle + Prevent Anxiety
Emma Todd is a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor serving clients in both Nebraska and Iowa. She lives in Wayne, Nebraska, with her husband and their four daughters. Together, she and her husband also co-own Crimson Estates, a design and contracting company.
In 2019, Emma began sharing pieces of her home and DIY projects on Instagram. After stepping away from the platform for a season, she felt the Lord prompting her to return with a different purpose—to use her space to encourage young mothers who are struggling with worry and anxiety.
While she values her professional work and creative pursuits, Emma believes her greatest calling is motherhood. She is passionate about helping other moms quiet the constant pressure to live in fear and instead learn how to trust God more deeply in the everyday moments of raising a family.

Introducing: Dr. Keri Anania! ✨
Topic:
The Power of Vitamin C
Nebraska Functional Medicine was founded by Keri Anania after her own personal health journey led her to discover the life-changing impact of functional medicine. It wasn’t until she addressed the root cause of her symptoms that she truly began to feel well—an experience that inspired her to pursue deeper education and help others do the same.
Through advanced training with the Institute of Functional Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Keri has immersed herself in a whole-person approach to care. She believes that lasting wellness is achieved by addressing the mind, body, and spirit together. She has also spoken at national medical conferences and continues to expand her knowledge, remaining committed to growth and innovation in her field.
Outside of the clinic, Keri embraces her favorite role as a wife and mother to four daughters. She loves staying active, sipping hot tea, hosting game nights, exploring beautiful places, and investing deeply in her family and friendships.

The next speaker we’re shining a light on is the heart behind EmpowHER, Taylor! ✨
As the founder and visionary of this event, Taylor has poured countless prayers, tireless effort, and intentional details into creating a space where women can grow in faith and health together. Her message reflects the very heartbeat of EmpowHER.
Topic:
Gardening for Dummies!
Taylor is a wife to a row-crop farmer, mother of two energetic boys, aspiring cattle feeder, and devoted follower of Jesus. She brings both heart and honesty to her story of faith, motherhood, and personal transformation.
In 2017, Taylor earned her degree in Middle Level Math and Science Education, with science quickly becoming her favorite subject to teach. She spent five years teaching and coaching in the public school system before stepping into her role as a stay-at-home mom.
After experiencing postpartum anxiety following the birth of her second son, Taylor felt called to make meaningful changes in her life. She began intentionally deepening her relationship with the Lord while also reevaluating how she cared for her body. Through studying Scripture and researching health and nutrition, she embraced a lifestyle centered on whole foods, low-toxin living, regular movement, and growing and raising food for her family.
Today, Taylor is passionate about encouraging other women to pursue both spiritual and physical wellness, reminding them that caring for their homes and bodies can be an act of stewardship and faith.❤️
