I didn't sleep enough the last 2 nights and I can really tell a difference in my sharpness. The CDC says that adults need 7 or more hours of sleep per night for the best health and wellbeing. Short sleep duration is defined as less than 7 hours of sleep per 24-hour period. How does sleep affect you?

I notice my skin is so much better when I am drinking enough water. It is commonly recommended that we drink eight 8oz glasses of water a day. Are you there?
