Our mission statement aligns perfectly with our three respective verticals of Antimicrobial Solutions, Floor Safety Solutions and Specialty Cleaning Products and Services. The business owners, Jim Muldoon and Earl Abdoo, have over 50 combined years of experience in products and services industries. Jim earned a Bachelors of Arts

degree from the University of Lowell as a scholar athlete and soon after started a business in the computer hardware industry, growing it to $10MM (USD) in annual sales over the next 20 years. Earl earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Bridgewater State College as a scholar athlete after serving in the USMC. Earl worked for several Fortune 500 companies over the last 20 years in the IT Services industry and was responsible for an $8MM (USD) portfolio where he consistently grew revenue and margin. Friends have asked us why we chose to start this business. The first thing we say is that it is vital to find a niche in business. We believe our products and services provide solutions to which our customers have been hard-pressed to find. For example, all floor tiles are extremely slippery when wet. Customers and employees slip and fall and are injured, costing business owners in many ways (lawsuits, workers comp, increased liability insurance, etc.). Our unique floor safety solutions retread all existing surfaces to make them safer wet than dry and we guarantee OSHA compliance for two years. Our products help businesses prevent physical injury to their employees and customers, and in doing so protect themselves from financial losses due to slip and fall accidents. Floor Safety
Nano-Grip is not a coating that can wear off, but a chemical process that creates a tread design on the mineral surface itself without compromising the beauty of your flooring. Nano-Grip will not discolor or change the look of your floor, tile, tub or shower, and is quick and easy to apply. Nano-Grip comes with a two-year warranty on your floors and is guaranteed for the life of your tub or shower. Antimicrobial Solutions
Nano-Shield incorporates the worlds first water-based, durable, non-toxic, non-hazardous, nano engineered molecule which is odorless, colorless, and easy to apply to both porous and non-porous surfaces. It is based on a patented technology which produces a durable Micro-biostatic coating on a broad range of textiles and many other surfaces. When applied to a surface or fabric, Nano-Shield creates a matrix of positively charged spike-like nano-molecules which bond strongly to the surface. Since bacteria, mold and fungi are negatively charged, they are attracted to the antimicrobial layer where they are impaled on the spikes and receive an electrical shock resulting in a 99% inhibition ratio for all microbes which come into contact. The antimicrobial agent stays intact and active through repeated use and exposure to microbes. Specialty Cleaning
The Nano-Clean solution works by oxidation cleaning (i.e., decomposing organic soil through a catalytic chemical reaction). It destroys the soil layer by layer, with capillary action drawing the solution deep into the tile. The catalytic reaction continues as long as the tiles remain moist, usually four hours or more, so although 70% to 75% of the reaction occurs in the first hour, the process will not be completely finished for much longer.
