Aunt Marie,

Last night, our angels up above called you home. Even though I will miss you dearly, I know you're no longer suffering. You're at peace.

I know you're up there smiling. I know your hair is perfectly done, your makeup is on point, and your nails are as bright as your halo. You are probably one of the most beautiful angels heaven has ever seen.

I hope you left knowing you were loved, cherished, and treasured by so many.

You meant so much to me. You were one of a kind and a soul that could never be replaced. You were sassy, stubborn, yet as sweet as can be. You always reminded us that we are loved. You always made me feel beautiful, even in my darkest hour. You were the ray of light in all our lives. I was blessed to have you in my life for as long as I did.

Your memory will forever be cherished. To say you will be missed is an understatement. I promise to keep your memory alive, starting with Baby D.

My word for 2025 is..

✨𝔹𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕒𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕤✨

This past year, all of my inner work was put to the test.

There were so many moments where I could have easily regressed into the girl I used to be: the doormat, the girl with no boundaries, the people pleaser, the one who always said "yes" at her own expense.

But I didn’t. And I am beyond proud of the woman I’ve become.

In 2025, I didn’t just set 𝔹𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕒𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕤 and 𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕒𝕣𝕕𝕤, I stood on them.

And the best part?
I didn’t apologize for them.
I didn’t feel guilty.
I simply let my confidence and self-worth shine through.

Every action I took had a purpose, and that’s when my life truly began to change.

When you raise your standards, you stop settling for crumbs—in love, in friendships, in opportunities, and in how you treat yourself. You start attracting better because you expect better.

But here’s the truth: You deserve better... but you have to be the one to give it to yourself.

It starts with how you speak to yourself and how you show up for yourself. It starts the moment you decide, "I am no longer available for anything less."

When you truly believe you deserve more, everything shifts. You set boundaries that protect your peace. You take aligned action toward the life you desire. You stop entertaining anything that doesn't match your new frequency.

Raise the bar. Watch your life rise to meet it.
