The Woosah Warrior

I spent a month in Spain and severely jet-lagged. I experienced so many things that I can't even list them all. Kayaking to the waterfalls in the Nerja Mountains, seeing the Rock of Gibraltar, taking a day trip to Morocco, visiting Picasso's home/museum, and experiencing the intensely beautiful Flamenco dancers. Nothing was more special than the last 11 days of my trip that I spent gaining profound knowledge of yin and Chinese medicine with these beautiful souls. We are from all over the globe and very different in cultures. But one thing I've learned throughout this spiritual journey on that off-the-grid mountain is that we're already blessed beyond measure. We simply learned to look at ourselves through a different lens, be humble and embrace what the universe has gifted us naturally.
