When I first met my client she was sick of not getting the platinum hair she had always wanted (first picture). Achieving that platinum look can be extremely hard, you just need to have a little patience. She enjoyed having her platinum hair for a good year (second photo) but wanted to lower the maintenance with an ashy shadow root to match her natural roots!
