We made thank you cards to guest speakers-welcomed two new group members- wrote on our wall and in our gratitude journals- painted our favorite affirmation- and presented for our friends. Another great Saturday at girls empowerment group💗
We tackled Anxiety today and the girls came up w so many great strategies! My good friend April from Awaken Aesthetics, joined us as our guest speaker and taught us the importance of skin care and good hygiene. We wrote in our gratitude, journals and added to our positive affirmation graffiti wall. It was a good day!😊💗👏🏼🥹

The season of autumn reminds us not to be afraid of letting go or of change🍁. Just like the trees who stand tall all their own. They allow the leaves to release and let go. And we too know that new life and new energy will eventually replace what’s lost. It’s ok to let go…..change is good. Embrace it 🍁💛🌻

As we enter the halfway mark to 2025, we
may feel discouraged or still feel stuck in our current situations.
Freedom comes 365 days a year! We still have time to achieve any goals that we may have made 6 months ago.
Today remind yourself that, There is Still time to:
end toxic relationships and trauma bonds, impose healthy boundaries with others, release negative energy from our lives and continue to engage in daily self love and self care. It’s never too late to free yourself of what no longer suits us and start making proactive positive choices. Today is our reminder that You are Free to Choose You! ❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸❤️🇺🇸

Mother’s Day brings so many emotions for so many people. Some of us are spending time with our children , our moms, our grandmothers, etc.
Some of us are missing those women who are no longer here with us. Whether you’re feeling joy, sadness, love, grief or completely blessed~ today is your day to embrace whatever is is that makes you feel at peace💗 Hoping that all the amazing women out there had a wonderful Mother’s Day!🌷🌼

Holidays are not always a joyous time. It’s okay if all you do is survive and get through the day. Remember, it’s okay to only do what you can, don’t over extend yourself physically or emotionally, make healthy choices, and choose the least anxiety provoking options for you.
