VINTAGE VIOLET . a green chypre . faceted, rich, perhaps from another century. layered and evolving, Vintage Violet evokes our endangered sense: imagination.
The violet in this composition is leaf - green and vegetal, part hazy part piercing. woods carved shapely and dressed in heady florals. radiantly balanced with classic bergamot for the chypre backbone, this unique perfume waxes poetic of a time when lush maximalism reigned and precious naturals were currency.
