3H-HA Harpal's Healing Harbor

“Harpal’s Healing Harbor” (3H-Ha.org) is an “umbrella organization” weaving together a multi-faceted array of healing modalities including Kundalini Yoga & Meditation classes; Empathy & Mindful Communication (Conscious, Heart-based for Integrating relationships with self and others); Bach Flower therapy; healing words through poetry and calligraphy; Play and Fun with Puppetry. The mission of “3H-Ha.org” is to be a place of renewal, recharge and retreat for all members of the community, where our interconnected nature is recognized and nourished. Vision: A place people will want to visit and live for learning and sharing, healing and celebrating. A place for creative expression and community gathering: songs, dance, feasting, star-gazing, connecting, empathy, acceptance. Long Term Vision: Healthy, Happy Communities are the Norm in our Society and are places to grow food and families, where elders can thrive to the end of their days. Products and services include healing arts (yoga, art, mindfulness) classes, workshops, and retreats; consultations; poetry; calligraphy cards, prints, and custom orders.
