Okay so this one is more serious. But I’ve said this exact thing since I was in high school. It always felt like I was “hidden” like, boys would talk to me but then would hide it like I was something that was shameful and to be used up just for one thing. Like loving a girl who’s bigger publicly would shatter their small ego or hurt their image so they hid behind the “prettier girl” and snuck around trying to get with me on the side.

My lesson to anyone, especially my daughter, is don’t let him do that.

Hold out for the man who isn’t afraid to love you publicly. You are not shameful, you are not to be hidden, you are beautiful and you are important.
