Sukooni
Sukooni was born from my years of work in mental health, my love for our Muslim community, and a desire to create experiences that invite us to slow down, reflect, reconnect with our faith, and care for our inner worlds.
It’s not just one initiative.
It’s a growing movement encompassing experiences, workshops, educational programming, wellness products, retreats, and much more.
Best of all, Sukooni belongs to all of us. Your story. Your journey. Your voice. Together, we’re building something—and we’re just getting started.
Welcome to Sukooni. 🧠🤍

🌻*Layla and the Sunflower Light* 🌻
This episode is near and dear to my heart in honor of my mother Tammy Gharbi (Al Fatiha) and based on the true story of my journey with my daughter navigating illness and dealing with loss.
I hope you will listen and share the lessons learned with your children!
Repost This episode is especially for the kids that have lost a loved one
or has a loved one who is sick and won't get better.
"Layla and the Sunflower Light" is a story about loss, friendship, memories, and learning how to keep turning toward Allah's light even when life feels heavy
One of the most emotional episodes we've ever released, based on the true story of our dear friend and recurring guest therapist on the podcast, .diab.
The story is narrated by her daughter, who lost her maternal grandmother.
It's now available on
