The importance of closing the chaos within: Immersing yourself in nature TV can help you attune to natures/your own rhythm and pace. Tune your body temple to nature to soothe collective heartbreak and grief. To quiet the noise. What do you see, hear, feel, smell, taste?

Can you see the music, feel the medicine, hear the knowing?

Ask yourself these questions the next time you’re outside and notice what shifts.

I’ve experienced some of the most profound breakthroughs and expansion while healing in groups. There were times when I felt unsafe to unmask and share vulnerably, and there was always someone modeling how to do that in the space…imperfectly and without apology. Witnessing healing in real time, WITH other people has been incredibly transformative, clarifying and affirming. It allowed me to see what I grew up not knowing how to do—to repair and sustain loving relationships with others and, most importantly, how to be with the fullness of who I am. How to face, welcome, forgive and fully accept all of my parts. Ever since I realized this, I’ve been on a mission to help create eco-systems of care that can hold all of who we are and all of who we are becoming.

The group field provides an extraordinary opportunity for growth, for connection and for communion with Spirit and with one another. If you’re wanting a space to nourish all of the different parts of yourself and embody loving- as bell hooks says—as a practice- an ethic, gather with us in Seeds of Devotion. We heal through presence, relationship and care. The time of healing and building in isolation is over. We are in the age of Aquarius. We heal collectively, or not at all. All of us are free, or none of us are free. Let’s go!

🌱✨ Seeds of Devotion ✨🌱

A monthly embodiment circle for those who want to live devotion — not as an idea, but as a practice rooted in the body.

Each month, we gather to honor the connection between our inner cycles and the seasons. To come into sacred union with the mind body, honoring its rhythm, its pace. We will honor the seeds planted within us with presence, rest, courage, and care. As the new calendar year settles in, we begin by resting, and remember that devotion is something we feel—something that grows through attention, tending, and time.

Our first gathering begins in January, so grab your seat now to open the portal to your own devotional path. Link is in the bio.

What seeds are waiting to bloom through you?

It’s completely natural to attach.
As humans, we’re wired for connection. We form bonds from birth to survive, and those patterns of attachment shape how we relate throughout our lives.

We reach for others to feel safe, seen, and loved. There’s nothing wrong with that, just know that true safety comes from within.

Attachment is not the enemy, it’s a messenger. The way we attach shows us where we’re longing for closeness, where we might be afraid of loss, or where parts of us still believe love must be earned or held onto tightly.

The invitation isn’t to eliminate attachment. It’s to become aware of it…to relate to it with compassion…
and to explore connection that’s grounded in presence rather than fear.

This is what we’ll be exploring on April 11th at 7:30pm PT Live on . It’s free to join us live in community to explore ways to embody healthy connection and liberate yourself from the suffering of attachment.

Embodying Liberation: Honoring Collective Grief with Myesha Williams

The grief at the collective level is palpable, and yet, many of us do not know how to properly honor, feel, and transmute the grief we experience. We are socialized not to grieve, to grieve only in private or at certain times. The reality is that we are experiencing massive changes, uncertainty and collective loss that can feel like too much. This session is a portal to reclaim our sacred right to be held in community to “feel together what is too big to feel alone.” It is an offering and opportunity to drop into your body and heart, and dance with the art of contemplation to reframe and transform your relationship with grief. Unprocessed grief can cause dis-ease in the body and spirit. As within, so without. In a guided soothing and soulful somatic meditative journey using the wisdom of the body (somatic experiencing), you will attune to the medicine of the grief present within you and in the world. This is medicine for individual and collective liberation

Myesha Williams, MSW is an entrepreneur, embodiment practitioner. educator and guide. She is driven by a deep devotion to be well and to support and inspire others on their journeys. She is here to create spaces for people to Feel, to Remember, and to Embody Liberation. Move Your Body-Move Emotions: Honoring Grief on Holidays

Holidays like Valentine’s Day can bring up tender emotions—especially grief. Whether you’re grieving a loved one, an old version of yourself, or the loss of a relationship, these feelings deserve space to be acknowledged and moved through. Emotions live in the body, and one of the most powerful ways to process them is through movement.

Here are three simple ways to engage your body in the process of moving grief:
1. Shake It Out – Shaking is a natural way to release tension and shift stagnant energy. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, take a deep breath, and begin gently bouncing or shaking your arms, legs, and torso. Let the movement be intuitive—trust what your body needs. This can help regulate your nervous system and create a sense of release.
2. Heart-Opening Breath & Stretch – Grief often contracts the chest, making it harder to breathe deeply. Try a simple heart-opening stretch: Interlace your fingers behind your back, lift your chest, and take a deep inhale. As you exhale, sigh it out. Repeat a few times to invite spaciousness into your heart center. This helps to soften the edges of the emotions you’re feeling and allows for spaciousness to feel the love beneath it all.
3. Slow, Intentional Walking – Walking mindfully, even in a small space, can be a powerful practice. Start by greeting your feet with a smile, grounding into the present moment while honoring what is moving through you. Let your breath sync with your steps, allowing your body to guide you toward a sense of ease. Focusing on the act of walking can bring you into deep presence and into your body- affirming that you are capable of feeling all that is present within you.

Grief is not something to “get over”—it is something to move with. However you’re feeling today, know that your body is a safe place to hold and express it. Be gentle with yourself.

How are you moving through your emotions today? Let me know in the comment. 💛
